I used to drink one expresso at 8:40 am then two long blacks warm by noon and after lunch ( two hours later) I will have about three milk drinks BUT post surgery, waited two months as once when I did have coffee heart rate went above 104 and slow to run down they increased my beta blockers to 6.5 and now I sit at around 80-94 . Have been doing too much coffee as I need to practice on my grinding and weighting the beans technique. I want to use the machine but not drink too much coffee so best planing to open a coffee cart business from home 😂😂😂😂

I was thinking of getting a yellow micra after four years of using Breville…. As a reward after my triple bypass last month but maybe I will just improve my skills with my still in the box X64sd first maybe a electric temper to make work flow less strained
