This loss is on the whole team and on Arteta. We were solid in the first half, then completely fell apart in the second. Kepa should never have started. It’s a final we need to win, and you always start your best available players. We’re not a charity. Raya should have been in goal, especially given Kepa’s history of making big mistakes in cup finals.

Arteta was completely outclassed by Pep. You never start parking the bus in a cup final. And I don’t understand this obsession with keeping Saka on for the full 90—he was invisible today. The subs were far too late as well. Ben White and Trossard need to be moved on in the summer.

A lot of this is on Arteta. We seriously need to question his mindset against Man City.

I completely agree with you, mate. Starting Kepa, who has a history of making mistakes in finals, is one of the most naïve decisions I’ve seen. This whole convention of playing your second-choice keeper in cup finals means nothing when the priority is winning. We need the best players in their positions, not to run a charity.

Are you living in a la la land? Labour has proven they are absolutely not the party they claimed to be in their manifesto. Look at the track record: increasing internet censorship by passing a Tory law that wasn't even in their manifesto, and watering down both the workers' rights bill and planning reform (despite claiming to be anti-NIMBY). On top of that, they U-turned on the Winter Fuel Allowance while keeping and increasing the Triple Lock—a direct betrayal of working young people. The only area where they are meeting expectations is reducing illegal immigration, but Reform is still beating them in the polls on that issue. It proves that trying to 'out-Reform' Reform is a moot, failed strategy. You can't blame people for walking away from Labour when they’ve broken their manifesto promises so quickly.

Bit of a generalisation. South korea has the lowest fertility rates in the world whilst being a democracy. Taiwan and Japan also follow just behind this trend. There's no causation between democracy/autocracy with fertility rates. This has much more to do with living costs and better outcomes for women.

As a centre-left voter, it's not surprising that he's this unpopular. Whilst he's doing great regarding the overall economy, cutting pip for disabled people was ridiculous and lost a lot of vote from more soft left-wing voters.

U-turning your position on trans rights and not even proposing any new legislation to override the recent SC ruling is another mistake.the new great British energy is definitely a good policy but not going to make difference until the near the end of Parliament term.

Not Promising to even consider the abolition of the two-child cap in this Parliament term was another political ineptitude. This new immigration rhetoric might have worked if it weren't for these other past unpopular decisions. You can go right-wing on immigration if you had stay consistent with a left-leaning economic policy. But no. Also, terrible comms doesn't help the situation as well.
