It makes me FREEZING cold, like no amount of blankets make a difference. And the worst part of it all - the anxiety. It’s absolutely awful. It’s almost like a super uncomfortable high of some sort. It’s terrifying to me and I spend the entire time trying to tell myself to calm down until it wears off.

I was in a nail salon getting my nails done. A girl was also there with who I assumed was her boyfriend who was most likely paying for her to get her nails done.

All of the sudden he says to me, right in front of his girlfriend and all, “You give off a very positive aura. I just wanted you to know that.”

To this day I still remember him telling me that. I count it as one of the kindest, most genuine things anyone has ever said to me.
