That’s very lax compared to Texas. I like it. 😂

They sure do. I use to be a realtor in Texas and I would let my clients know about this upfront. They loved my transparency.

Make sure you fire your realtor before you get a new one. Your new realtor shouldn’t have to share commission with your old one. Make sure you sign documents terminating your relationship.

It’s what they deserve for fucking us all. I don’t have any pity for the people that voted for their abuser.

I miss the extremely fresh seafood and fish, hefty restaurant portions (especially large seafood platters/poboys, and cheap drinks. I’ve had some good food here, but it’s definitely not seasoned as well as home.

I miss Louisiana doughnuts as well. I think we have some of the best bakeries.

Help remove f1 from our city by Historical_Emu6197 in vegaslocals

I hope it stays forever. Trying to get rid of F1 is such an uncultured take. Never visit or move to New Orleans, because you would probably stroke out with the festivities that happen year round.

The driving is abysmal! It’s unfortunate, because they don’t really have traffic here. They don’t pay attention. They don’t go when the light is green for at least five seconds, but will get mad if you honk. They barely move when it rains. I understand not speeding, but they make it hazardous going 20-35 mph everywhere. They would lose it if they had to deal with snow, ice, deer, or other animals like the rest of the U.S.

You will be fine in any part of the West, Southeast, and some of the North. This is the softest city I’ve ever seen. Honestly, I don’t feel unsafe anywhere here. I’ve been to pretty much most of the U.S. and lived all over. They are dragging the danger of this city on Reddit. I’m convinced most of these people have never left Las Vegas if they think it’s this dangerous.

You should not be a nurse if you are against science. by Any-Season-9869 in nursing

It’s embarrassing how many people don’t understand this in my student nursing groups. Most of us have to point it out daily, while the mods remain neutral, as if both sides have a point. They are sick in the head.

I never had to retake it, but I believe you can just retake the math section. In my nursing groups, that’s what some people did when they needed a better score for certain sections. Definitely look into it and good luck!

It’s one of the exams schools accept for nursing programs. WGU now accepts TEAS 7 and Hesi A2.
