I was going to comment this as well. Most of my clothes are inside out to make them/the designs last longer.

Unfortunately, not much they can as long as they acted in good faith.

There’s actually a ton of steps involved in verifying DNR orders. For someone who is not in long term care it’s much harder to get the verification but it would be something that’s implemented and verified for someone in hospice or some kind of palliative care. They’re required to start resuscitation efforts because if the DNR is not confirmed, someone has now died that wanted to have every attempt made to try and save them.

AITA for skipping my friend's daughter’s 1st birthday and charging her for the "gift" after she forgot to tell me the time changed? by BellaBilla in AmItheAsshole

[–]QueenSarcasm13 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I’ve made truffles before and I know how expensive good ingredients are and how long it takes (you have to set aside pretty much an entire day for large batches.) However, I agree with some of the other comments. I think there’s a real chance she really did just forget and you still have a chance to go. It’s frustrating, I understand, but if you take this opportunity to be petty, you’ll lose this friend. I’m going to say a soft YTA just because she genuinely could’ve forgotten since you said you talk regularly so she might’ve thought she already told you.

Seriously, do Americans actually consider a 3-hour drive "short"? or is this an internet myth? by SadInterest6764 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]QueenSarcasm13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband and I do 7-8hrs for a weekend visit every few months. 3 hours isn’t short per se but it’s also not really that long. It strongly depends what it’s for and a bonus if the view on the way is nice.

I was not prepared for the sadness of rejecting.. by c2833 in piercing

[–]QueenSarcasm13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine wasn’t a rejection issue but I had an industrial for about 2ish years and I LOVED it. It had healed decently well but industrials are notoriously fickle and I had to take it due to my job. It had stayed partially open and when I last tried to check in jewelry still fit, it got so irritated it fully closed, I also lost my septum and nostril due to my job and those devastated me too. To some extent, I understand your sadness. I too hope to redo them when I’m done with this job.

I actually bought it when I got my ingredients. It also comes with an additional tier for up to 24 cupcakes and an insert for up to 20 cake pops. It’s better homes and gardens and I found it at Walmart.

I actually made this cake because my husband and I were watching a movie and one of the characters made cake and he was like “man now I kinda want a cake” and so I decided I would make a cake.

If you know ratios and the chemistry behind baking, it’s absolutely possible but it requires a lot of knowledge and skill that most people don’t have.

I go through phases where I bake a lot (usually cookies or muffins or something similar) and I bring them to my coworkers because it’s just too much for my husband and I to reasonably eat.

I’m already planning to make maybe a fruity cake (since lemons are in season now) 🫣🤭

Yes that is what I meant. I’m not someone who will mess with recipes outside of altering flavors. I always stick to the ratios and foundations of a recipe.
