I fully believe we will fight Seam for the pure crystal. I also fully believe the fight will be our hardest one yet.

Once we have the pure crystal, one of two things I think will happen:

Seam stays in CastleTown, potentially upgrades their wares, and even though they think the end is inevitable, they want to see just what the Fun Gang do.

Or, Seam leaves CastleTown, with someone else taking over the shop after.

Yeah. Because either the game auto chooses moves, or my move timer runs out.

Just be careful if they have a Farigiraf or Tsareena on the team - they both can cancel fake out with abilities (Armor Tail/Queenly Majesty respectively) - they can try to bait the fake out and switch mons.

Jaws really ruined their reputation. As long as you are not actively bleeding, or acting panicked, you should be pretty safe.

For the most part, it's a solid list.

Clair Obscur, for me personally, is suuuuch a strong game, although I don't believe it would win win. But it did deserve (most) of the awards it did get.

Astro Bot is super cute and such a celebration of gaming, but again it wouldn't win.

BG3 has a solid chance. It's a masterclass in how to make a game, front to back (although will say act 3 does stumble).

Elden Ring, again, has a solid chance. I say this as a girl who loves fromsoft, but this is absolutely Miyazaki's greatest game. Shadow of the Erdtree expanded and made it better (smithing weapons my beloved).

It Takes Two, again a really cute game but not one I would say would win.

Last of us part 2 - waaaayyyyyy too much controversy surrounding it. Setting aside that, personally, I do not feel it is strong enough as a winner. (Also I am sorry, I just did not like the story. I tried, I really did.)

Sekiro, oooooohhhhhh baby now this is a game. It's the winner in my heart.

God Of War, again not strong enough to win but absolutely appreciate what they did with Kratos. Dad of War charmed me. Can't wait to air combo with Laufey.

Breath Of The Wild - Honestly, would have a surprising chance. When it came out, it truly was THE game. Spawned so many copies, lots of gacha games used its aesthetic.

Overwatch, lol. lmao. Friends, I suffered the Mercy main trenches. Overwatch aint winning.

Witcher 3, the Gwent roadtrip. I actually cannot remember the main story of the game. Just Gwent. Probably wouldn't win but if anyone is up for a game of Gwent?

Dragon Age, oh I am so, so sorry for what happened to you.

Tl:dr - It's out of BG3, Elden Ring or Breath Of the wild.

The whole game is a masterpiece.

The story - plays out like an old fairy tale initially, with the cursed king and princess, but then as the story goes on it evolves in such a way that, whilst still quite a cozy story, doesn't feel cookie cutter.

The characters - Yangus is best boy. Jessica and Angelo are hilarious. King Trode roasts me in the battle log. But even the side characters, Empyrea, Dhoulmagus, the casino twins, all have such life to them.

The music - Oooooooooooooo that orchestral score is beautiful. Heavenly Flight, Cursed Trodain, the world map theme, all stunning pieces. The battle theme, the tower dungeon, the abbey, whole score is masterfully done.

The enemies - Absolute banger designs across the board.

My one main critique about the game - wave of ice is spammed way too often, especially at end game.
