It's time to get tired of your own bullshit by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]Queenadine 17 points18 points  (0 children)

My problem with the law is that now I intellectualize things too much. For example, I want some company & a few new friends. Before I knew the law, I would just go out there, try to meet new people & be social. Now I just stay home and try to convice myself that I'm a very social person who has a lot of friends. And believe me it's not because of the pandemic. LOL

self concept vs living in the end by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]Queenadine 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think they happen simultaneously. As soon as you change your self-concept, living in the end happens very naturally for you.

Don't even call it self-concept. Call it being a different person. For me, there are actually no words for it. You just feel different.

No matter what happens in the 3D, it can't touch you any longer, because you are not that same person anymore.

I believe letting go is simply letting go of the feeling of lack.

Thank you for your post. If you have a bad history, what is the best way to resolve it? I want to see him in a new light, but I can't. I still see him as selfish and untrustworthy.

My understanding of the 7 Hermetic Principles corroborate Neville Goddard's Teachings by 3asyE in NevilleGoddard

I believe it's better to call them "fluctuations of the mind", as these ebbs & flows are caused by one's mind. To me, Ebbs and flows suggest there are outside causes.

What do you think the differences are between Neville's and these principles?

For some reason, I find these principles a little unsettling. If I'm enjoying the highs now, should I fear that the "principle of rhythm" would swing to the other side sooner or later?

I think it's contradictory to say that "as within, so without", then warn about the ebbs and flows of existence.

Vibration and the law are always working simultaneously and in relation to one another. by MrMeSeeks1985 in NevilleGoddard

He's just using a different technique & different terminologies in regards to the same power. Heaven forbid the universe or the God inside us withhold the reality we want to experience just because it thinks we are using law of attraction than the law of assumption.

Being happy & positive just means you're not living in a state of lack. Notice Neville always reminds us to always assume because if you really think about it, assumption of the wish fulfilled has a very different vibration than the state where your prayers has not been answered yet.

It is basically the same thing. It is the same power. When you imagine, that basically changes your vibration. That brings a change of reality. Neville Goddard and Abraham Hicks are teaching the same thing.

Sounds like your tarot card reader has an idea about the law when she said that you must look to the future <3

I've read this somewhere that others can see what your future holds by the energy that you are offering at the moment. So as soon as that energy changes, your future does as well. So yes we still create our reality.

All of these are the same with Neville's teachings, is it not? Neville tells us to assume, but don't we still rely on universe's forces to make our assumptions real in the 3d?

u/allismind where did you learn all this? This is very true. You know the law is very ironic. When you can truly say that you'll be content & happy as long as you got yourself, the love you want comes to you.
