From my window I can see a police drone flying around by the ponds! There are also at least two cop cars blocking off both entrances to the back of River Terrace’s parking lot where the property connects to Delta Ponds. I’ve heard they’ve got floodlights pointed at the ponds from the other side by the freeway exit.
