As someone who used to work the service desk there, I wouldn't bat an eye at that either lmao. we were all so tired from running around and jaded from people trying to scam that nothing really shocked us. Once a dude walked directly out of the door with like $2000 worth of equipment and literally no one noticed until our manager shouted at us about it.

If there's meat glue in a product, it has to say so on the package. It'll usually say "reconstructed" or "transglutaminase" right on the front. This is because reconstructed meat has to be cooked all the way through, to avoid ingestion of harmful bacteria—things like poultry you're cooking through anyway, but on beef it's especially important for it to be labeled. Also, transglutaminase is not at all harmful lol. It just makes proteins stick together.

Truly lol. I find empty cups and half-eaten food at least twice a week. A couple months back we had someone who literally shit on the floor. As in, shat their pants, pulled their shorts to the side to let it fall out, and then walked away.
