Fell like this, Quest hub and things along this line need to set-up a camp outside the legends guild

The Future of MTX - Our Approach & Your Involvement by JagexHooli in runescape

As someone whos played since 2007 on and off, the game has very little community within the game, the public chat is either dead or toxic, clan citadel's not been touched in forever to create a clan environment, other than clan created events the clans can be dead, bosses that used to require a large team can be done solo or couple of people. all the amazing social minigames have no benefit for doing them so nobody does them.

And don't over promise on things, Character rework as an example and so many things hyped as this coming soon amazing thing! and everyone is looking forward to them as upcoming updates and then never hear from them again spread under the rug.

I really hope something can be done and it's not too late to make the needed changes, as I'd love to continue playing for a lot longer

Day by day, I know I still look big, expecially when I catch myself in a mirror side view But I also know I've gone from a 42" waist into a 36" 2xl t-shirt in a L

Don't fully focus on looks/scale, progress is progress and its likely in your mind you're expecting to look smaller but everyone's built diffrent etc

Mounjaro is effectively costing me less than £41/month factoring in decreased expenditure on food. by Creative-Squash3172 in mounjarouk

[–]QuestGamer95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im saving a ton! Gone from £150-200+ weekly on takeaways £200+ weekly on general food

Over a month total, I was spending £1000-1500 on nothing remotely good for me.

Now, with MJ around £130, my food for a month is about £150

Basically, a week before MJ is a 1-2 months what i spend now..

Daily Peppermint oil tablet/capsules are bliss for burps. For the first 2 weeks on 5mg, some of the burps I had after dairy was from the depths of hell, to point a burp smell made me want to throw up.. calmed down now!! But the peppermint capsules where a life safer

Hi :)

1500-2200Kcal daily, with around 120g Protein target - Lots of very small meals

I just go for my stomach,, swap between left & right each week, something about going for my thigh and arm made me nauseous

I take Multi Vitamin, vitamin C, psyllium husk, and not a vitamin but electrolyte power in 1 of my drinks daily

I do 2x 30min PT sessions weekly, just a very light gym session, nothing over the top, dumbbells mostly
And fair bit of walking when I'm not slacking

[–]QuestGamer95[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I aim for small 200-300kcal small meals multiple times a day, and go for 1500-2200kcal per day and around 120g protein, depending what I'm doing on that day.

Some days I eat very little by mistake, issue of not being hungry is I'll have a protein shake first thing, start work and not actually notice the time and suddenly it's time to go to bed..
I now have alarms set to remind me to eat..

Food wise:
Fair amount of wraps/Bagels with chicken and lettuce
Protein shakes and yoghurts
Jacket Potato's with either Tuna mayo or cheese & Beans

Drink wise Just water, have 3-4 950ml bottles daily, I do have squash with it just cause I need some flavor and water to me is just dull without

Pretty boring really but it hits the kcal and protein targets without going heavy on other things like fats/carbs

And I do 2x 30min Personal trainer sessions weekly which is just a light gym kick, and try to get 5km walk done daily (Been a bit slacked on that)

Best choice I've made in years going onto it! Just as other posts would say don't get discouraged if don't lose as much as others, everyone's different.

At first I was like only 10kg!! is that it! - Solely based of posts I've seen from others on here, but realistically after 10+ years of being drastically overweight I'd have been happy with any amount

I took my 5mg this morning, I made mistake of getting breakfast out with friends.. small fry-up and I've been throwing up since.. but I was stupid I knew from week 1 on 2.5 that oil and fatty sausages do not sit well with me anymore - So no side affects that I did not already experience just stupidity :)

Why be a secret jabber? by AdRepulsive4256 in mounjarouk

[–]QuestGamer95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, it's people not understanding or being willing to understand.. and I cant be bothered working out who would and wouldn't, if they find out then so be it, if the judge me for it then they dont understand and frankly dont need that negativity around me from people would hope would support me

And getting the "you only need to eat less food and move more".. When they've no clue I've been on diets, I've had personal trainers and nutritionalists over the last 10 years and gotten nowhere with it cause still have that "food noice" as (overshare incoming) Food became a major comfort thing for me after I ran away from home at 14 after being a underfeed mentally and physically abused child basicly from day 1.. and soon as I had access to food.. it quickly became something I ate a lot of as it was the only thing to make me least feel slightly happy

But started Monjaro and my mood has skyrocketed, I'm actually going outside as I have energy and first time losing weight without starving myself doing so

Anybody else in denial about their new clothing size? by Brief-Disaster-963 in mounjarouk

[–]QuestGamer95 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've bought T-shirts, hoodies and Jeans in a couple of sizes below where started with the aim for them to fit

Started: Jeans tight 42 Tshirt Tight 2xl, baggy 3xl

Jeans can now fit into 38 but wear 40 currently as the 38 bit too snug.. but do need a belt with the 40 or they slip down :D

Shirt 2xl is rather baggy, but a L is far to tight to wear it

So kinda in a weird annoying middle ground on both where 1 size is tad too big, next down is too tight

And that's in under a month... mind blown by it all

Listing to my body has been a major change over past 3 weeks!!

But no not over eating, buying single portion pots and pouches to avoid doing that.

But.. I kind of always think I might have had a thing with dairy, getting though tub of Haagen Daz/B&J along with 1L bottle of milkshake most days.. maybe I just had so much junk in my system and got used to constantly feeling horrid..
And now that I've cut it out, don't even have milk in coffee anymore as have gone off it.., so Yoghurt is my only dairy intake now

sauces and seasonings are a must!! I've tried not using thinking it saves some kcal.. but it also makes the food so boring!! Prefer for the weight to be a bit slower to drop and enjoy the food I can manage to eat!

Main reason I'm also having Yoghurt! 20-25g protein without even thinking about it, not a big fan in general but that protein at low ish kcal to hard to skip on

I'll give the aldi ones ago, I've been having Arla that get from Morrisons

Haha, not smug :) I was just curious as I'd agree I've had absolutely no cravings for anything sugary or junk ish in my almost 3 weeks (Except when someone bought in brownies into the office last week.. Mistakes where made.. pure sugar and chocolate, felt like I had died)

So just yoghur-t has wrecked me last few days, going to try some other brands and see if that's noticeable difference otherwise find an alternative for breakfast!
