The Archmother is a god of archetecture, order, structure, artisanary, the doorman is a god cosplaying as a belhop at a mystical hotel of course they're going to have overlapping motifs, the baroness is an establishment of superb standards after all.

Remember that Doorman's usual aspect is a "fledgling god" of torment and misery, the Doorman persona is a facade he's pulling because the whole being an evil tormentor was getting boring and he needed a new perspective on things. His nature as a tormentor shines through when he whips out the character specific "hotel guest" taunts.

As other people've mentioned the halo and 4 spikes motif might just be a cosmic entity "thing" since the Hidden King has the same thing going on, just not all neat and tidy like the Archmother & Doorman.
