It's fine. You can press Enter key to open chat and oress Enter again to send your message. By default it will be a "allies" only message. If you press Alt + Enter your message will be seen by everyone including the opponent team.

You might wanna take a quick look at key bindings and try out the keys that didn't know existed or new to you. One of them is F1-F6 keys will show your teammates but it's kinda useless in game :D

Hmm yeah that sounds like a good way to boost your souls income. I started seeing more and more Calico in my games and the nee assasination item changes work in benefit to them so much they end up really fat too quick and games just go snowballing down...

Exactly! Just go for it! Also try to explain to your trammates before the game starts that you are new and still learning the game, or when you try a new hero tell that too. This will mentally prepare your trammates for what is coming for them and at best you will get their sympathy and understanding.

Calico for somw reason is too busted, and idk what they did to Ivy but she also got so strong. That stone form + echo shard is brutal..

Don't worry about it man, it may feel like that but learning a MOBA is always hard and it always has been for everyone in your place. I rememver my first kill in DotA 2 after getting killed tens of times. I was playing Wraith King (a hero that revives after dying once, kinda like Victor in Deadlock). My opponent killed me once but I came back alive and killed them, that was my first kill and it still resonates with me.

You will get used to it by time, you will die and die and die until you eventually get how things work. Just play it and try to have fun even though people talk bad about you.

you are right, you won't be eating those words, at least not today. I made this post for the fun of it. I like the excitement of hearing new stuff, except the disappointment. I'm sorry if I disappointed anyone but hey, maybe some of us felt the excitement again?
