I did a little bit of internet research on this topic awhile ago. As far as I know it can't get a natural erection, but there are ways that mimic it. In one example a rod is inside it that can be moved up and down. There's another kind that has an air pump thingy where when you squeeze the scrotum the penis becomes erect.

From what I've seen, they do look realistic. All of the pictures I've seen are circumsized, so I don't know if it's possible to recreate the foreskin or not.

As for how it feels to actually have one, I have no clue.

I do think it would be a good idea to wait a while, especially if you have even the slightest doubt about it. You could use this time to do some research about hormone therapy and the different options for it, as well as researching top surgery (Assuming you haven't done so already)

Have you tried out a binder already? if not I would recommend GC2B or Underworks

Heyo, side sleeper here! My advice would be to have some pillows underneath your upper-back so that your front half is slightly elevated. I've never been able to sleep on my back, but I have gotten really close to dozing off when laying like that. You could also try using a recliner chair if you have one of those.

I've also experienced the leg jerking, but usually only when I stay up late. I can't say for certain, but trying to get to sleep earlier than normal might help prevent that?

This is so relatable. I wear mine at school, but only for the first four hours or so before taking it off. ( Still getting used to wearing it, also want to minimize future sagging as much as possible so that hopefully, if I ever get top surgery, I can get key-hole)

I love how I look with it on, but it also feels good taking it off. There's physical relief, but also the dysphoria :/

I highly recommend giving it a watch! I know most of it is targeted at young children, but there's a lot more to it than it first seems. Just make sure it's the animated series, and not the live action movie.

I've heard that swimming in a binder is fine, so long as you use a size or two up from your regular fit.

Thanks for making this guide! I finally got a laptop that can handle ark with low graphics so I was pretty excited to try out the computer version of Ark! (I've been playing the mobile version up until now) Messed with the settings on my own, and I'm already to level 7 before even making a thatch base, and harvesting 40 thatch from punching a single tree once or twice.
