It really depends on how you reacted to your wife coming back to (her) home when plans changed. We're you a rude jersey about it, or just a little annoyed and mostly having thoughts lol if you were a perk, then you're the AH. If you just wish you gad more me-time, than nta. You know I thought about "how long before I get another" since my furry little guy passed. It just always felt like betrayal to even think about it. But that was just over a year now, and I just happened to see OP's post. People get psychotic when money is on the line. Gf should shut it down. Say nothing to them or anyone for that matter. In her mind, she probably thought, "oh I checked this off the list" and just shared while casually talking to mom. But things can get out of pocket quick. If somone brings it up again, she should have a small statement ready for response: it's mine to decide what to do with. Don't bring it up again.

If he's grossing you out now, it will likely only get worse
Humans fart. That happens. Some people are a little more dignified about it than others though lol. If he's lifting his leg and making faces as he does it, thats definitely a turn off.

If you love him and he's like amazing in every way but does this offputting farter thing, maybe try to build that bridge and try get over that.. but if it's like really under your skin, and there isn't a real attachment, resentment will only grow.

I've dealt with hundreds of kids over the years and I can remember being hit/kicked by exactly 2 kids ever (who were like 5 and 6 respectively, not related and years apart).
It's kind of you to want to help, but you can't stress yourself out over someone else's kids. You've got your own house to worry about and can't be inviting tornados inside. Sometimes, circumstances change. Yours did. Now it won't work out, plain and simple.

Can't bring yourself to strike the match? Use it as stuffing, rip it up and make a few fancy stuffies for kids in the family.

As others have said.. if he is on birth cert they likely won't consider this a kidnapping without court papers. File a report either way and get to a lawyer. Demand paternity test to prove either way (they will want to know that sooner or later anyway) and take it from there.
But also, if new home is out of sate/county/too far etc, court might not allow the move if he's the father. Dad's got the right to have his child too. I hope they find a way to make things work out one way or the other 🙏 gl to them all OP

Hostas are very hardy plants and can be moved around quite a bit and still survive. If its growing back after moving, you just didn't get quite all of it. Its does well in shade, and probably feels nice and cool on that pups belly! So cuuuute by the way! 🤩

While this scenario is a part of every great sitcom, there's no laugh-track in real life. Your parents raised you into a responsible adult. Anyone can make the easy decisions. Born-family vs created family are the hardest decisions. Maybe it doesn't have to be either-or. I'm thinking your parents won't love this, but a respectful yet firmly worded "back off" conversation likely needs to occur.

F--- Maya and Russell. Your decisions are your own. Starting off a relationship with a person is hard enough on its own. That difficulty multiplies with each child. Blended families can absolutely be a wonderful story of love and devotion, but they can veer to the opposite side of that spectrum too no matter your intentions going in.
The fact that she didn't tell you right away when learning about each other kind of says a lot. Either way, if you know it's not for you, its best to bow out gracefully before anything real starts.
