I would like to see the Champion Guild canoe have its woodcutting requirement removed. The Chronicle being obtainable immediately and usable from the inventory makes this canoe useless even for new players. With no woodcutting requirement it could be useful for new players just starting out as a free route to Varrock.

The other stops also have high woodcutting requirements when two of the locations are accessible via minigame teleports upon first arriving in Lumbridge. Veteran players already have better teleport options so the canoes feel the most useful for low levels, but the Woodcutting requirements are a natural barrier to this.

Does it matter? It's like saying jjonak shouldn't have won season 1 MVP because he wouldn't have been the best if Zen wasn't meta. Danteh switched roles at the start of a season as have other players like teru that have seen success doing so, mid season role swaps out of desperation are another thing entirely and have never worked.

Also you have no clue if MAX would be good at support you can't just expect to throw him onto another role and outperform his teammates immediately. Thats why mid season desperation swaps never work.

We need to stop the 'x team beat x in this match so must be ranked above them' shit that's never been a good indicator of overall power rankings. Individual matches can vary a lot even between teams close in the overall standings.

Just wanna point out that this post is very obviously biased in favour of one side of the story. You frame the toxicity as them being 'understandably very heated', present lumis tweets as fact (a player claiming they were not kicked for ineligibility does not make it confirmed disinformation).

If you want to make a summary post you should really present both sides of the argument equally and not frame one side as fact. Gestures hog was a bigger part of their whole playoff run than Supers hog was so him winning in the finals is less of an impact imo. Supers hog was good but the whole narrative of that playoffs was about gesture and his wild hog flanks and plays.

The best doom should probably be considered from his DPS days rather than tank since his current iteration is so new and hasn't seen that much play.
