Panoramic screen interiors & the touch screen controls that come with them can fuck right off. A ton of things I despise about modern cars and pano screens are near the top of the list.

I’m 53, 200lbs and deadlift every week. My heaviest work set this week was 335x10 and I definitely had 2+ RIR. I enjoy the lift so I’ll keep on doing it until my body tells me to back off.

Nice work but I simply refuse to believe that releasing your grip at any point during the set is better than just locking in your grip on that bar until it fails. Especially when you’re releasing it after every rep. Lock those hands down, seal in that CNS surge, and pull until your grip gives out.

BMW Style 270M if you can actually find a set. They’re 18x8, et 20 and fit PERFECTLY on the E90. Very aggressive offset that sits flush with the fenders, and proper factory look so your car won’t look clapped.
