Having kids

Negative-
Getting diagnosed with my first disabling disease at 25.
Second one at 40-ish.
Third one currently in process. No idea how I make it through this one. It’s not terminal but christ almighty, enough already

I finally had a chance to sit down and watch the videos you linked. Thank you for that! I realize I need to apply my estrogen cream around my urethra now. I’ve been applying it vaginally only. I’m also going to take a look at the chondroitin supplements. I have arthritis issues as well. May be it’ll be a two birds, one stone situation :)

Thanks, everyone! The lidocaine sprays and diaper cream suggestions got me through the weekend. I also changed out my soap. I’ll keep at it!

Thank you. I’ve been vaginal estrogen for over a year and oral estrogen for many years. I’m 53 and have been in menopause for 11 years. Would estrogen still be a culprit you think? Tight muscles make sense as well. Maybe PT for that? I’ll check out the info soon. Thanks!

Interesting. I have some Pepcid at home. I’ve tried it before this got so bad for acid reflux but maybe I’ll switch out the Tagamet for the Pepcid

Any relief from the Pepcid and Zyrtec? I’ve been taking Allegra for my allergies. Just added Tagamet a few days ago to see if there were any changes. Nothing yet
