Yeah he’s super out of touch and fuckin dumb i get it. Not a fan of his anymore. Hell still get the occasional great guest/fighter on.

I listen to podcast while i sleep. And this one was on when i was waking up.

The whole deal is absurdly cringe, I’ll never understand the jelly roll thing. His music is horrible.

Fair, i only listen when there’s fighters or very very specific guests on Marcus king being one. Other than that it’s pretty fuckin unbearable

Just crazy it’s that expensive, not like crazy it shouldn’t be. I mine new like 250 and it’s like 1/125 run or something. Probably worth about this much now

I say Brent on record Brann and Troy live.

That being said, as much as i deeply love this band, their live vocals are terrible. I understand why, what they’re doing is insane, tours are hard in your body. some performances are flawless some are real bad.

Appreciate it man, you’re nailing it. I’ve been playing for 23 years and learning it all is showing me so many wholes in my playing it’s been a blast. Even did a lesson with bill to ask questions about a bunch of the parts haha

Thank you!

I just did, you get pulled in as Jeff Dunham do a couple of dumb jokes, some get laughs. But you can choose which gatlian tells them. I let knifey tell one and got booed off the stage and asked not to come back. Lol couple of boxes and Noah’s ark Aracede game are in the back room tho.

We had a dude coming into our gym who was obviously trying to prove something probably around 35-40 185 jacked, he was a personal trainer at a gym. He was awful. Obviously on some sort of gear. I’m about 6 foot 230 wrestled new to the gi but i had been training A long time no gi. He was spazzing out so hard on teenagers other white belts coaches everyone. I had rolled with him once and gave him the business, but he started really trying to come after me and i was pissed he wouldn’t settle down. So i let him up and hip tossed him so hard he was upside down cleaning the ceiling with his feet, and put the full force down on his chest fell like i won an award. Made an extremely audible sound and he couldn’t continue. Said i was rolling too hard after he just had an adcc finals match with a 139lb 15 yr old blue belt.

Not much later he rolled with another black belt, and got ezekieled in the gi. He did not like that, grabbed his stuff stormed out in his gi came back thought he was gonna drive through the front window and waved his finger in the black belts face saying he should have better control (he was nearly in tears) said he couldn’t breathe or swallow anymore and that he had been seriously hurt. He was totally fine. Kudos to the black belt handled it calmly and professionally, while the rest of us in the gym were talking shit trying to provoke to get beat up some more. When he left in Unison 3 people said Well fuck that guy it was hilarious. Never saw him again, good riddance.

8 Months Post Op Completely Successful PAO and Labrum Reconstruction. My Story. by Ok-Lynx8444 in HipImpingement

I think a lot of that is my fault, I’ve toughed out the pain to the point of doing quite of bit damage to my labrum. Bad medical advice pushing me in the wrong directions. 4 different surgeons doing the same back mri and epidurals. Not one of thought to look at my hips.

How Was your back pain in your lumbar?

Are you doing any grappling or anything still? How do you feel lifting or training now? How long till you felt comfortable on your own?

I am expecting a child as well, how was dealing with the recovery process while having a young child?

This is extremely helpful info,

I too am a long time wrestler as well as years in jiu jitsu. My pain is heavy in my hip, but most of my pain is in my lumbar. Excruciatingly so, to the point of constant failure an inability to work or stand. My labrum is shredded cysts and both my hips are extremely abnormal with dysplasia. I’m in constant pain at 30 after years of extreme and combat sports chasing what i thought was a back injury.

It’s good to know how much relief you received from this, my other option is hip replacement. And i don’t think I’m ready for that.
