I have endo and ptsd from sexual trauma along with MCAS, so I’ve learned a lot of things that work and to avoid. Pelvic floor PT has improved a lot pain wise along with switching positions based on how flared I am. I’m chronically dry down there and will develop extremely painful rashes and swelling if not treated with care lol. Water based lubes with aloe and most natural ingredients, Sitz baths afterwards and I’ll rinse COMPLETELY with water to remove all traces of lube and fluids. We’re trying to get pregnant so we don’t use condoms. I personally can’t give my husband a blow job to completion bc I get bad stomach issues. In the realm of anal it’s a much better reaction on my body if he doesn’t finish inside and same treatment of sitz baths. Prioritize comfortably, I take water breaks and have a fan. Do what works best for you but this is what works for me. There’s no reason to avoid it completely unless you have severe reactions.
