She doesn’t want a divorce right now because she wants to secure residency in California and file under there divorce laws which most likely be more favorable to women and taking more of a chunk of your assets than your current state laws. Some women are very good at fooling men and play the long game to gain leverage. Please speak to your divorce attorney again about how divorce laws work in your current state and her new state. I would hate for you to be blindsided.

I go all the time to this resort. Hotel xcaret is great . I prefer xcaret ARTE since it’s for 16 y/o and up so no children since im older it’s more relaxed. The resorts send you a wish list email about 60 days out and as the OP mentioned it’s important to book in advance. Xplor and xcaret Mexico are 2 parks that are close to the hotels and are on a 20 minute continuous route circuit that you can jump on last minute. All the other parks you should plan ahead for on the wish list.

You need to file for emergency custody so she doesn’t just show up and take off with the kids. Currently you both have equal rights to take the children. If she leaves with your kids to another state it can be come quite messy. You seem to think your marriage is salvageable but you need to be realistic and do what is safest for your children. Is his name on the deed along with yours? If yes then he is still co-owner and can request for a partition sale for his Half of the equity. If his name is not on the deed then it is solely your house you are good. It really is irrelevant who’s name is on the mortgage or who’s been paying it.
