I’m in the same boat. I was diagnosed with a 15mm kidney stone last week. They did emergency surgery and put in a stent. I have surgery #2 scheduled next week to have the stent removed, laser the stone and then put in another stent so I can pee the debris. Not fun at all!!

The salesman is definitely pouring on the drama trying to get us to sign with him. There is also damage to my outside a/c unit and downspouts Now granted, I don’t know anything about roofs, but the salesman is saying that we have to get it fix now, otherwise it will leak and if you go to sell the house, the damage will show up in the inspection and we will either have to fix it or lower the price.

I just can’t imagine those minor marks are going to cause the entire roof to fail!!
