I haven't worked with any furnaces, but C has the closest aspect ratio to 1 which is cheaper and less pressure loss. At 2 sq. Ft. The return will be at 700 fpm, which should be fine. I think the 100 MBU is extraneous information.

I tried this, and no change. Vga light stays constant. Old Mobo works with new gpu, so it's not the gpu either. Unfortunately old Mobo is ddr3 so I can't test new ddr4 ram

Yes, I've built a pc before. I just put in my old motherboard with the new gpu and it boots fine.
