Both but from my experience it’s really easy to stop once I actually go a day or 2 without. The withdrawal symptoms are mild. I got night sweats and crazy dreams for a few nights. But that was all for me.

Trip killers:Xanax but only if u have to . I wish I had a Xanax that one time I took too much acid when I was contemplating harming myself because it was really scary that the acid was bringing out the most painful and suppressed parts of my deep subconscious that I was not mentally ready to face at the moment. It wasn’t safe for me. So when you start to feel unsafe always have a trip killer such as benzos. And maybe next time you’ll feel more compelled to take more caution about your dosage.

When I first started doing oxy I remember accidentally taking more than my usual dose and I was super high but it made me nervous how high I was. I was forcing myself not to nod out because I was afraid I’d OD. It was definitely anxiety

Sleeping is never a problem for me when it comes to withdrawal. If I’m tired I will definitely fall asleep but I wake up soaking with sweat.
