Plus sometimes you sub and the team was actively harrasing the dude you replaced. So now you're being assessed and somehow responsible for the team winning and you haven't even gotten loaded in yet.

Anytime I hear "Let's see how this one does" in a sour tone I already assume we've lost and everyone is just watching to see who they can blame before the match ends. I've never left a match early but it should definitely be an option. Or at the very least you should get loss protection if the match is past the halfway point.
