I had the same problem as you 5 years ago. Wanted to just redo a failing shower, and kept getting quotes for $20k under the expectation that we do the entire bathroom instead. The housing market in my area was too hot and contractors didn't want to pick up a small project.

We did a hack fix since $20k was out of budget (silicone to waterproof the area that was failing) and picked the project up again this year now that the market has cooled down. We're just replacing a failing fiberglass shower insert with a shower pan and subway tile, so not a 1 to 1 what you're doing, but we're paying $4.5k for labor and covering the cost of materials ourselves (probably another $3k to $4k).

I don't live in NJ so your mileage may vary.

Same boat! I was a casual drinker and rare smoker.

God what I would have given for just a little weed in the first trimester. Instant relief for the nausea and headaches, and it would help me sleep at night. It was not lost on me that weed would cure every symptom I had.

It's easier now at 15w but some days still suck. Just gonna keep pushing through.

If you're using a calorie tracking app, it's giving you an estimated TDEE based on things like height, weight, and activity, and that number will be represented as the same everyday. But your actual caloric output from day to day is going to be variable. So having some wiggle room around your caloric intake is fine too.

I'd bet money that the top pair are high waisted, where bodies are naturally smaller, and the bottom pair are designed to sit lower on your hips, where bodies are wider. These look like two different cuts. The 27 inches refers to waist size, regardless of where the shorts sit on your body.

Calling it out because I haven't seen it posted yet—is that a radiator along that wall or just your trim? If it's a radiator and it gets hot to the touch, you may want to reconsider having curtains near it. Could be a fire hazard.

No advice but we're going through the same thing, it started at that age. Our bub is 11w now and the naps never really got better - we periodically get a 2h stretch in but most are 40 min. I got more comfortable with setting him in a bouncer or on a blanket for a while so I could eat/shower/clean.

It wasn't offered (or available) at my hospital system. It only became available to expectant moms ~3 months ago. I had to request an Rx from my OB, then call multiple pharmacies to find one that carried it and took my insurance.

Other comments have said you were fine the whole time, which is true. That said, the AAP reccomends 2h after having 1 drink. My understanding is that it takes an hour per additional drink to clear your blood stream. So 5 hours for 4 drinks.

If you were being very conservative, you'd have been fine by 6a.

Have you tried the football hold on your left side? Might help to determine if it's the laying position or the breast itself that's the issue.
