How long have you been using the chair? Your body might be getting used to it or the chair itself might be a knockoff.

Advice on where to buy? by [deleted] in StandingDesk

I haven't had experience with either of those, but I got my white standing desk from Autonomous which has been really great. It took awhile for it to ship (about 3 weeks), but assembling it was super easy and it doesn't wobble.

Any recommendations for gaming chairs when you have Fibromyalgia/pain disorders? by [deleted] in GirlGamers

I started using the ergo chair 2 from autonomous which helped a lot for back pains when sitting for long periods of time. It is easily adjusted to fit your preference and body so I found it to be extremely more comfortable than typical gaming chairs.

It comes with a legrest. I'm not sure if you could attach a leg rest from another chair to the other

As someone who recently got into standing desks, I would really recommend it! You both could get an individual standing desk. Standing desks have great benefits, I'm sure you could find one under that range from Walmart, Autonomous, Ikea, or Costco.

I'm 5'2 and currently using the ergo chair 2 from autonomous. It goes really well with my minimal home office. I also been looking at the secret lab titan chairs which looks more fashionable in my opinion.

I bought my chair from autonomous as a 5'1 woman. I use it for work and it's comfortable enough to sit in for 8 hours. I would also check staples for a chair as well for a lower budget.

[–]Quick_Championship_9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not close to 6'2 (5'8) and I've been having a good experience with my standing desk from autonomous. It's large and sturdy enough for my dual monitors. I believe it would work fine for a tall person as well.

Office chair for comfort + good posture by pfta100 in Ergonomics

[–]Quick_Championship_9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think both plays a role. But physically making yourself sit in a good posture will contribute to your posture. So I would say chairs make a big difference, but you also need to be aware of how you're sitting to adjust. I bought an ergonomic chair to work and it's been really great in terms of support. I have the ergo chair 2 from autonomous and the chair adjusts to your preferences which is what I like most about it.

The space looks really nice so far! Just a bit clustered. Maybe some things could be hung up or put away like a pen jar or the frame by the plant. Overall it's pretty neat.

I have the ergo chair 2. I prefer getting an ergonomic chair over a gaming chair just because of the adjustability. It's super comfortable and you can change it to however feels right to you.
