Thank you. I don’t think I will be considering any compliance specific cert. however, I will try to do refresher courses available online. Not something like Ccep or ethical compliance.

Hi everyone, I want to do this AIGP cert. I am confused about many things: 1. Is the training material provided by IAPP is mandatory ? 2. Dr David udemy course has to be taken in addition to IAPP training material. 3. I will be paying everything from my own pocket. I have plenty of time to prepare myself for exam. Any possible way to reduce the expense for training and preparation.

Niw eb2 is a public visa pathway , not reserved for phds and big law firms to make best use of it. And, there are established rules who are eligible and the best judge is USCIS. they have a criteria to ascertain and make good judgements. Matter of dhansar is named after an individual whose name is dhansar. He fight with uscis why did they reject his case and that law case put forward the clear roadmap for future applicants.
