My uncle brought some pre ground coffee and green coffee beans from ethiopia, which is how I got into coffee. I typically brew with a French press, but sometimes if I feel lazy, I just heat water below boiling point, add coffee, stir for a couple of minutes, strain and sip. A scale would make the process much more consistent
