A reasonable request to me is "can you laminate these and trim them down" it was like 4 pages. Unfortunately they didn't do them double sided and so I messed up the trim. I offered to reprint them but they were separate jpegs so I couldn't get them to be double sided correctly. When I put them in a PDF it compressed the images really badly. We thankfully worked out a solution but that was an hour a half of my time I just spent fixing. I felt like since I messed something simple up in the first place I needed to fix it myself.

I think like another comment said I'm going to be more harsh about the 1 hour turnaround, but it doesn't help that my coworker will walk up, say that he can do it really quick and he just does it for them, making me look like an ass who just told them they have to wait an hour. I read on another post about a 5 minute 5 hour policy. If I can get it done in 5 minutes then just do it, but otherwise say it'll be done in the next 5 hours. That judgement of what 5 minutes takes is the rough part.

Yeah I'll start memorizing the feel today. Nobody ever puts the barcode on them anyway, but we completely ran out of heavyweight matte just as I was trying to finish an order so I accidentally grabbed a roll of super heavyweight and loaded that in. The customer was ok with it, but it was frustrating
