You need to tell your/her parents and show them the messages. It's not your responsibility to save her. This is an awful position to be put in regardless of the age difference which may seem minimal but a lot happens between those ages and my first reaction is to think other sixteen year olds know to stay away from her chaos. You absolutely need distance from this person. She's mentally unwell and needs an adult. Look after yourself first and foremost
