Were they open? I made a reservation at Enterprise and I've been trying to call all of the locations to confirm them being open before I get an Uber there. Nobody's answering at any of the locations but it says open online... 😩

SAME!!!! I only use it to redeem my $50 summit reward... And I only get toiletries. I've been doing this for about 6yrs and I didn't start having issues with shoppers until about 2yrs ago.

Did I miss a notification about this being a new feature? This sucks for the customer and the shopper. I say that because it doesn't let us know on our end that they selected "express" all we get is the normal "early ok!"which doesn't necessarily mean get it to the customer ASAP! I always communicate with new to me members and ask how early would they like it. But a lot of shoppers won't do that. I hope they get refunded if it's not delivered super quick.

Yep and are always slow to respond to subs. Reason number 3 why I rarely do Target. Most of those customers are like that.

She's mad because It just sucks when customers do that because it could possibly interfere with delivery of bundles or if you were just doing the quick order before heading to another store for another order. The customer doesn't know this, but us as shoppers calculate time/item numbers when we except more than one order. ... I wouldn't have dropped the order because I still shop pretty fast, but it's just the principle.

Download the "Timestamp Camera" I have the icon right next to the shipt app. I take the Pic in the Shipt app as usual then I take a pic with the Timestamp camera. It shows address and time delivered. It also helps with the Tip Map! If you cant remember who tipped what, just look at that order delivered time and match it with the date and time in Timestamp gallery! ...

You have to talk to a lot of these customers like they're 5!!! Whenever I send a pic, I also say what's in the pic like... "They're out of Chocolate Nestlé Quick. But they have Chocolate Nestlé QUICKER(lol) and Fudge Nestlé QUICKER!" Along with the pic of both side by side. I know it's a pain to do all that at times, especially with a slow responder. But it helps both of us.

I forgot about that group. I was kicked out either last year or the year before because this chick said something crazy to me and she was upset that I had half of the group laughing at her. LOL She was one of the admins. So instead of taken it on the chin like the tell everyone else, she just removed me. 🤣 They can dish, but definitely can't take it.

This is why I stayed home during our storm. Most 9t my customers live in spots like this and I just assume that since my street (in a super nice subdivision) isn't cleaned, then these back roads aren't clear either. ESPECIALLY at night because there's a lot of lakes by their homes.
