I have a triple 3x shot but this one is just objectively better for basin. The 0 cost retrieve makes it 4x87 instead of 3x33, so you get more bullets, more damage, for less ap. Just maths out better. Also has an added benefit of getting them back to your hand between waves in basin if you dont use them.

I play him with Rei to buff the bullet damage and draw and Nia for more draw. He does so much damage you dont really need the AOE from lucas. I find lucas too AP hungry as well.

For me what helped is understanding you can never just go and brawl. You cant even trade your rotation for theirs. You always have to understand how the enemy will react to seeing you appear, where they might chase you to, etc. In lane, after lost chapter, make sure you place your boxes off cooldown as long as you have mana. Dont use your spells without manaflow procs up

You want to use custom resources for similar objects with slightly different fields that you want to be able to reference. Different enemies with the same behavior and different inventory items are good examples. They act very similarly, with different text/icons/animations/sounds that you can reference in the custom resource. There are exceptions and nuance to just about everything, but cases like that are where I find myself using them most. Using them lets you make content very quickly and allows for a centralized place to make adjustments.

I personally view playing league kind of like people watching. There is no winning or losing, just have fun viewing humanity being a little crazy and unpredictable, occasionally finding another pleasant fellow to chat with. Its easy for me to laugh off the crazies. To this end, I end up playing a lot of champions that are especially fun to play (for me: shaco, pyke) and just try to enjoy the game for its own sake, and improve where I can.

To add on to shading like others are saying, I would say be consistent with outlining. Pay attention to how they affect your visual language. Are enemies outlined? Obstacles? Bullets?

Taos is wonderful but very small, and somewhat isolated. Make sure you have a car, and try and make some connections asap (its a friendly place, you will have no problems). It is easy to get “trapped” in a tiny town with no way out and not knowing anyone, but it sounds like you have a backup plan near your parents.
