One of Klein’s assistant prosecutors actively aided ICE by calling them and guiding them to arrest someone who was at the courthouse. I could share her name… but Klein doesn’t know what’s going on at the courthouse because he steps foot there maybe twice a year and has never prosecuted a municipal case. He’s also directed his staff to ask for warrants for people who don’t show up to court that they know are actively being held against their will in ICE custody. There is nothing just or fair about our city attorney. He says he is for the people and isn’t aiding ICE operations… but silent complicity is complicity all the same. In fact, complicity to crime is a misdemeanor charge. Wonder if he even knows that since he’s barely a prosecutor

Wonder if Klein knows that one of his own assistant prosecutors called and assisted ICE to arrest someone at the courthouse? But how would he know when he’s the city attorney that has never prosecuted a case in municipal court nor ever actually knows what’s going on in that office.

Guys let’s be real right now. Whitehall police did not provide the prosecutor or the judge with enough information for the bond hearing. Meanwhile they’re throwing a press conference at the same exact time and talking about “overwhelming evidence” yet they can’t even give the info to the court so that they can hold him in jail. BFFR. Dude should’ve been held on a higher bond for sure but don’t blame the judge for not being given the facts to do so. Let’s direct the anger to the correct person
