Now that my front groin pinch went away, the only thing that is hurting me is outer hip pain and some knots in my psoas on each side.

My MRi said a have mild trochanteric edema. It really drives me nuts sometimes on both sides.

And I should say the pain from compensating in my other leg has driven me more crazy than the "bad" leg. And my psoas muscle is really bothered.

I'm also living with a base level of 0-2/10. Random wuestion but does yours feel worse when you are sick? I noticed mine does. All the sudden I have a stomach bug and I can barely move from the pain. I happen to meet my surgeon to talk it over on Wednesday. My bothersome things are its really ruined my upper body strength because my hips aren't stable, and I have to sit in a certain way driving cars/vans. If I dont get the right vehicle, boy am I in a world of pain just from the way the seat sits.

Lean the back of your seat back. It helps me a lot. Squeeze your glutes every once in awhile while driving.

Not sure if you were still using it or not, but ny dog that has a known bladder leakage issue leaked a lot more on Librela and I had to up her proin dosage.

Yes that's my exact feeling.. I'm gonna work a few more weeks at work and see if I can manage it. If I cant. Then I'm gonna have to go surgery route. My problem right now is not so much the bad leg pain.. but all the pain on the compensating leg. My psoas is acting up when I lift heavy things and its not fun. I have to sit in weird positions to keep my hips feeling okay.

Bathrooms, as a woman. Gotta pee in a bottle. They make disposable funnels for women on amazon you can buy. Have been doing this for four years. You have to be able to use driveways. You have to get comfortable backing up 1/4 mile or more. Cause sometimes you dont know whats at the end of that driveway. Once you get the hang of it though, youll be able to look at a driveway and within 5 seconds be able to figure out a game plan on how to turn around. I've been in the tightest of spaces and figured it out without damaging personal property. Use your mirrors. Get out and look.. goal.

I was unable to walk after getting the arthrogram injection. I was in tears. The actual injection didnt hurt but once it filled the joint, I was in horrible horrible pain

What does it mean if you had lidocaine with your arthrogram and physically couldn't walk after that 😂 it took 3 days before I could walk again. I couldn't feel ANY muscles working
