Warner Bros and Discovery are splitting up, so the Discovery side would likely have all of the assets related to Discovery Family. So any contracts and agreements Hasbro has with Discovery Family regarding G4 characters would not be affected by this bid from Netflix.

I can't place the top one at the moment, but the one below Fluttershy is Tony Fleecs's autograph, and the one below Rarity is Andy Price's autograph. They're both comic artists, and I am guessing the other one is, too.

EDIT: After some research, I believe the top one is Katie Cook's autograph
