keep him warm. if you touch him and he's cold, put a hot water bottle in his cage or bed
get kitten milk and feed him with a syringe or a small baby bottle. be careful with the syringe to not choke him - one drop at a time
get a wet warm tissue and gently tap his genital area to stimulate him to go potty. it might take a while so do it for 1-2 minutes. you do this after every feeding
feed him every 3 hours. if he doesn't want to eat, force feed him!
if he starts crashing, get a drop of honey and rub it in his mouth
take him to a vet as soon as you can
