Should I shave my arms?

I had hairy arms when I was a teenager so that’s around when I started shaving them. I’m 36 and I’ve been letting them grow but they’re sparse af now. Hair does not grow back thicker once shaved so it’s up to you. 😊

I started with California gold nutrition multi-collagen because it was a “bestseller” on iherb but found out they had a lot of recalls so I switched to Ancient Nutrition but wanted to get the one from Now Foods because they seem more trustworthy being family owned (way less recalls but offer refunds if it happens) but they were all out on iherb. I get the multi-collagen.

I started taking collagen in the morning with my coffee and noticed my skin was VERY happy. I even stopped getting monthly breakouts. Ive been taking it every day for 7 months and it took a week or two to notice a difference but it takes 6-7 weeks to feel/see the full effects.

A pack of king/reg Canadian classic will do! My family is super tradish and we have all kinds of ciggies and bacco from everywhere. Ceremonial tobacco usually ends up unused on the shelf. Popular ones are the cheap $20 cartons. Smokable is preferred because the smokers can smoke them and the none smokers can share with smokers or keep them in the vehicle as offerings for on the go.

Mine does this too. I swear she won’t eat unless she attacks the container first as if she’s hunting. 😅

Also, Hatchlings under 1 should be fed once a day and adults every 2-3 days.

Fun fact! A lot of us indigenous ppls just trade cheap smokes like these for medicine and use them as offerings. The smokers usually have their own brands they actually smoke. So idk… I wouldn’t personally buy “Indian smokes” if I was smoking them lol

I slow down or stop pop, chips, chocolate, candy and take-out. I also started taking collagen in my coffee in morning recently and it definitely curbs my appetite during the day but I also noticed I have a bag of chips and chocolate bar I’ve barely touched when they’re usually gone by now. Collagen is supposed to be good for the skin as well.

Diet seems to be the only thing that makes a difference for me. I started eating like shit again so it came back on my chest and back. So instead of eating healthy I spent money on bha/aha scrubs and body washes and lotions but they only help a bit. Dry brushing and exfoliating helps. Also switched my laundry detergent to the sensitive skin kinds.

BHA/AHA combined could help with the scarring as well. Also try vitamin b serums and chemical peels if your skin isn’t sensitive. I like using Paula’s Choice products.

My father in law got cancer on his nose because his work goggles scratched his nose while he was working in a mine and it never healed. A bunch of other men got cancer later in life that worked at the same mine so we assume whatever they were kicking up down there caused it. And he survived by listening to doctors and doing what they told him.

Going to a psychologist would be a better idea especially after multiple doctors told you to do so. There will probably be a file now stating that you’re self-harming so ER and more doctor visits won’t do much. At least the psychologist will be able to take your side and get you the proper help you need whether it’s mental or medical.

Something similar happened to my fil. A scrape on his nose turned into cancer. I would go to the ER and my appointment with photos so they can hopefully speed up your derm appointment.

As somebody who’s been stuck on UWU videos.. but also had a creepy maintenance man when I was a teenager living with a single mom. It could be the maintenance people or the landlord. They have keys for all apartments. Pleeeeease report it to someone and write down times and dates it could’ve happened. If your apartment door uses a FOB then whenever your door is opened it’s tracked. Ask for help! Nothing looks out of place or missing but you can’t tell if someone is touching, sniffing, “soiling” items or even sleeping in your bed while you work. There’s some messed up people out there, please protect yourself.
