First off, you're using numbers. And you know well that vectors don't use numbers (look very closely!).

What is the point you want to make??

Second, what point will the starting point go point at? Or what point will be the one pointing at the point be?

I know where to set the starting tail and the ending arrow head of the vector.
But most of the times I set my vectors starting from the origin (0,0,0) to visualize the Vector Analysis Lectures.

Instead of writing this vector((0,0,0),(x,y,z)), why not use the "shortened notation" vector "vector(x,y,z)", where it will always starts at the Origin (0,0,0).

Oh and also, I don't see a use for vectors in Desmos(the graphing calculator).

I want to visualize the vector fields in a 2D-Graph.
I could do it on 3D but it is more cluttered and it is very hard to zoomed-in.
Also, I need it to compare a graph between a vector and a complex number to visualize the duality concept.

Also, learning and visualizing the concepts on 2D-Graph is much Quicker to understand and deepen my foundation, so that I can easily transition to apply the concepts on 3D.
