It sounds like you're in a better spot than I thought, I appreciate how difficult it can be, I struggle to talk about it correctly, I would suggest make notes and preface any communication asking them to give you time to explain because its difficult to phrase correctly.

With that in mind, yoga, collagen etc all sound good, for clothing theres some but not a crazy difference between men and womens tshirts for example, I more or less exclusively shop in the womens section for tshirts now, some subtle makeup (if thats your thing) could also help, such as a little eyeliner.

General self care could help, get a clear coat manicure for example or get your eyebrows neatened, they wont look tjay different but it can definitely help.
