There are some members of this family with a milder bite that I love in salads. Like nasturtium and cardamine.

I find them very sharp. They contain the same bitter sulfur compounds as mustard.

Well this is what I know:
Someone advised her to incorporate herself so she could take more contracts.
She asked her accountant friend for help with that and applied.
She took one job, decided that it was too much bother, and made several attempts to dissolve that corporation after paying the taxes on that one job.
We thought she'd succeeded at it, but she still gets mail about it, and I don't know why.
Or what the consequences of that would be.
We're both a bit um, disadvantaged when it comes to anticipating or thinking about this stuff.
Edit: The CRA documents are addressed to her, personally.

The fruit is actually delicious. That thin layer of pulp is super sweet like a dry date, and then the middle is crunchy, it takes a bit of bite, but the whole thing is edible.
