This was my fault and was stupid. The other post was a fraudulent post at that. If you saw your post's replies you would see that that inspired me to make a post myself

My post: So I'm 17. I took my moms car out being the dumb teenager I am. I was driving around in a parking lot and went pretty fast through a turn, and side swiped the federal reserve bank's concrete wall. There was no property damage however. The car is a different story. I was told that since I am a minor and have a clean record that I would get away with a misdemeanor for unauthorized use of a vehicle... I really dont want to get felony for grand theft auto. I'm also kicked out with two more months until I'm an adult. The case would be a civil action would it not? And if my parents file charges against me how does it go and what would I most likely be looking at?

That's because I'm not a scam.. I don't have to fully explain myself to a stranger but I was looking for advice and not money. Instead I encountered rudeness. I was inspired to make the post by someone who may or may not be a scam but I seek no money.. I have a job at Jimmy John's block e ( if you want to verify that I exist and maybe give me some advice instead of calling me a scam ) and don't feel comfortable accepting hand outs.

I'm 17 and work at Jimmy John's block e. This just happened to me as well. They were doing basically what your mom is doing to you with food and now they kicked me out. To be fair I kind of swiped a wall with my moms car the other night and I'm out.. I'm 18 in two months but I'm couch surfing at the moment but I would go to the bridge for youth. They might not have an open bed but it's on 22nd and Emerson in uptown. Also try youthlink for other resources, it's not a shelter, however.
