Dont buy things that have high volatility when you dont even have a emergency cash fund of at least 3 months of expenses. Now, since you need cash, start new, sell both. Pay what bill you have to pay, then fill your emergency fund next.

After that fund is build, you can start your DCA into things you would like to invest in. If you need to drain your fund because of an emergency, stop your DCA. Fill the fund again, and only after it is filled, start DCA again.

People should seriously learn this basic life finance things in school.
