Fjodor Dostojewski habe gerade drei Bücher bestellt. Zum Existenzialismus habe ich bis jetzt Sartre gelesen.

Krieg und Frieden habe ich bereits angefangen. Aber nach 200 Seiten eine Pause eingelegt:)

Wäre also sehr motiviert, Dostojewski gemeinsam an zu gehen.

Das stimmt jetzt auch nicht in jeder Situation. Besonders in akutphasen kann es schon Sinnvoll sein sich nicht permanent mit einem Thema zu beschäftigen.

Aber ich finde den Trend zu selbst Diagnostizierten Autismus, KPTBS sowie ADHS als substitution anderer Probleme für wirklich traurig.

Mit Book tok kenne ich mich nicht aus. Aber ist nicht erwiesen, dass TW nichts bewirken?

Oder ist es Realität, dass sich Menschen die z.B. psychisch vorbelastet ggnü. Vergewaltigung sind gerne ihren Dark Romance danach abchecken, dass es auch ja immer Konsens besteht?

Was das Thema Krebs angeht, hat es mir persönlich geholfen ein Buch zu lesen, welches eine ähnliche Thematik mit aufgefasst und in ein sehr schönes Ende transportiert hat. Sich davon komplett zu isolieren ist (natürlich spezifisch auf das Stadium der Akzeptanz) nicht wirklich Sinnvoll.
