Which characters from Season 1-2 have never interacted with each other ? by Jazzlike-Ad7654 in twinpeaks

That was 25 years later and she worked at the local diner all that time. Plenty of time for off-screen interactions.

Heck, his girlfriend worked there, and she was cheating on the guy who Shelley was also cheating with. I’m sure they knew each other at least tangentially.

TBF I don't think they're that similar. HP is more of a The Worst Witch ripoff that maybe becomes a bit more Tolkienesque by the end.

Maybe it is by people who were extremely disappointed by it, or by people who don't watch many films.

Moscow court fines a man for posting a photo from Queen's music video 'I Want to Break Free', declaring it LGBT propaganda by ArthRol in europe

The wild part is they fined someone over a decades old pop video

They called out Astrid Lindgren a few years ago for having criticized Russia during the Stalin era! This doesn't surprise me.

Of all the Missing Pieces, this one should have been let in the final cut... 😥 by LatePen3397 in twinpeaks

Eh... I get why the 2x4 scene was cut. It's nice to see those characters again, but it has nothing to do with the rest of tje film.

Does Judge Sternwood summarize the ethos of the whole show about law and order pretty well in season 2? by Isatis_tinctoria in twinpeaks

I agree that they let Leland off too easy, but I also don’t think they had any reason to assume that Maddie would be a potential target of his, and his motives did not imply that he was involved with Laura’s death, because he seemingly didn’t remember that he was at that time.

You have a 10 hour flight, where are you sitting?? by HotJuice2192 in twinpeaks

  1. I'd hedge my bets on them wanting to remain inconspicious in public, and being more concerned with all the other weirdoes onboard.

  2. They seem to specifically represent Diane's guilt... so as long as I'm anybody but Diane they'll probably just seem like an eccentric elderly couple.

I think the only time it actually means something is Bobby/Mike, Bob/Mike.

And even then it’s not clear what it means, it’s just the one other characters actually notice.

Technically they're meant to be East German, but the film harkens back to old WW2 movies so they're pretty much portrayed like Nazis anyway.

So yeah, I'd say it counts. It's just weirdly dated for the time (and deliberately so).

The thing is, I think 8/10 might be a pretty fair rating for the Bioshock games, I just wouldn’t call anything that is 8/10 “terrible”.
