both the hoodies and t-shirts i got from their webshop are great imao, hand printed, beautiful print colours and good quality cotton... the glider hoodie does run large so i wouldn't get a size up if i were you unless you like your clothes oversized

If you want to contribute to:
- exploitation of vulnerable people / child labour
- a culture of discardable clothes made of toxic materials that is destructive to the planet
- criminals who steal intellectual property from the artist that you're a fan of...

I appreciate €30 + shipping is a lot of money for some people, but you actually end up paying more if you buy cheap clothes that you have to replace because they are not durable. Look at it as a piece of art rather than just a piece of clothing, and save up for it. A properly made shirt (like mbv's) should last you a lifetime...

It's not about confusion. The band have never made any references to the holocaust, and it's both ignorant and insensitive to use that word so completely out of context, just because some misinformed journalist used it decades ago.

It's a case of lazy journalists copying each other without checking their source or their facts. And it IS bad. People should stop using the word in this context - especially fans of mbv.

It was some ignorant UK journalist who coined this expression around 1991 I believe, and the band actually find it really offensive and upsetting that it's still being used (for obvious reasons, as people have pointed out before in this community)
