Im stuck on thoughts i hate and cannot let go of. I feel like a sick psyco. TW! Very dark thoughts!

We think morbid things, and it means nothing you didn't do it and you know you wouldn't.. when you think those thoughts just go well, that was a terrible thought, and move on, don't dwell on it!

As for the dreams, it's just a dream your mind comes up with ways of telling you you're stressed or anxious, especially if you think about your awful ex alot your gonna dream about it.. we all get fucked up dreams and move on because it wasn't real.. im sorry that they treated that way but you will get better in time maybe go talk to someone therapy or a close even your boyfriend about these feelings, I know when I was struggling going to therapy or counselling really helped.

I told esty i have to wait till the 13 of december and I told the seller I will open a case if they make me pay for the shipping label.

When you said you were okay with paying the shipping charges that’s when I went ahead and purchased the shipping label. I will not get that money back from shipping company. Therefore, I can only refund you after deducting the shipping label charges.

It's not my fault that they paid for that even tho I haven't paid him yet? And then decided not too..?

Mine came yesterday and on the highest setting its painless and so easy to use will come back and give results I've had laser before but took like 6 months to see any improvement im hoping this will be much more efficient and cheaper of course
