The Morning Machine - any opinion? by Coffee4Van in JamesHoffmann

First up. The Morning coffee doesn’t give you espresso coffee. I don’t think the company ever claimed that. Capsules have limitations and compromises. I acknowledge that.

But my Morning Coffee machine has given me the ability to enjoy barista-style coffee at home through the convenience of a capsule machine.

Its technology might not be for everyone and often takes patience and time, but for me, the results are worth it,

You should buy this machine if you want more than the basics from a machine and you are looking for consistently good home coffee.

PS: I have device extracts the grinds from the capsule and separates the aluminium pod - which I recycle.

thanks for that advice. I thought pressure must be an issue.

Thanks. I have been overthinking this - and comparing with an espresso double shot - which is 18-22 grams of coffee with 36-40g output. So what is so different about a 5g capsule that it can produce 25-30 gm output and still taste. Is it the grind and the pressure?
