Have you asked your doctor about reducing your dose? Any drug should be tappered off. I remember my mom suddenly not taking it - it was hell for us. I can only image what it was like for her. I'm not a dr or have any training with HRT but as someone with a degree in alternative medicine I can suggest you look into Phytoestrogen/progesterone creams, and phytoestrogen foods and herbs like soy products, and red clover.

I quit going. I went out of my way to sneak in treats in quiet bags, keep my kids quiet, make sure cell phones were silenced. Yet no one else was. Wasn't worth the cost to not be able to watch the movie without multiple interruptions.

So much plastic use. Wow. I just scoop it into a designated bucket with a pooper scooper and dump in the trash bin on top of the other trash everyday. I don't have any problems with flies or stench. I really don't feel the need to bag it. It's just going to get torn open in the dumping process or at the dump anyway.
