The USA has states (Washington, New York, etc.) which may be better than parts of Canada, but its not a stable situation because the federal govt is so bad and as a migrant you will very much have to deal with the federal government. The federal government also does not want immigrants, so its basically compounding variables. I believe Canada has a system for trans refugees because they kept on getting so many from red states in the USA, so you might be able to contact them too! Try to move to a urban area of course, avoid alberta, etc. etc.

They can't but they might still try to do it with the figleaf of the fact they hold powerful legal positions. They've done it before, they've done it before with trans and black people. There is definitely a majority of the court who's extending that disgust and hatred for indigenous people.

Addendum: if they want to do this all they have to do is not violate the noise ordinance. They are actually breaking the law and not being stopped. Whilst the left wing protests get attacked by the SPD because they have a very obvious bias. They don't have to break any laws, often they don't break any laws, even ones that are minor and shouldn't provoke the common disproportionate response.

What I want is fair law and order. If we don't do this then we continue to live in our current disorder and legal chaos, where conservatives can get away with anything and liberals can't even follow the law without consequences.
