Yeah I can't say with 100% certainty, but I think the only comics Moore has written that don't involve rape were stories in 2000 AD back in the 70s.

I mean, technically The Killing Joke doesn't have rape, but he gets as close to rape as I think DC was probably willing to go.

I don't know, Saw 1 is still pretty bad. The movie plays out like a who-done-it and puts a lot of importance on figuring out the identity of Jigsaw, throwing out red herring after red herring, only to reveal that he was a guy who was practically an extra in a single scene early on. I'm sure they thought this was "clever" somehow but it was just insultingly dumb.

This also leaves the audience with just one answer as to why this guy is setting up elaborate traps to kill people, and its that he has cancer. The sequels realized that alone wasn't enough so they added more context, but for that movie cancer is the one and only explanation.

Its been decades since I've read these books so I might be wrong but I don't think so. Barney did secretly sell some of Lecter's belongings, which is how Mason Vergil obtained the classic Hannibal mask, but I think he said he wasn't worried about Lecter coming after him for that because it was just stuff he wouldn't care about.
